TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

_ London_


SALARY:
_ 1st year £23-26k(based on experience), OTE £40k; with OTE £55k yr2 and £80k yr 3_

YOU AND YOUR ROLE

  • The career of a recruitment consultant is challenging, rewarding and fast paced; the harder you work, the more successful you will be.
You are required to manage the whole recruitment process through activities such as:
_
- _Using sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business from client companies;_
- _Networking to Build relationships with clients_
- _Booking and attending appointments across the UK_
- _Arranging client interviews and taking feedback_


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


  • A Degree and/or a solid academic background_
  • 6+ Months of direct sales experience (preferable but not essential)_
  • Entrepreneurial flair and drive_
  • Motivation to earn life changing sums of money and be a high achiever_
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to "go the extra mile" to deliver a top quality service_
