Description
Foothold Cymru is a social justice organisation.

Established over 30 years ago, our vision is to create strong, cohesive communities where individuals have the power to thrive and not just survive.

To do this we address both the causes and symptoms of poverty and inequality by designing our services with, not for, individuals and communities most affected by these issues, so they have the skills to overcome challenges and develop resilience.

Sefydliad cyfiawnder cymdeithasol yw Foothold Cymru.

Wedi'i sefydlu dros 30 mlynedd yn ôl, ein gweledigaeth yw creu cymunedau cryf, cydlynus lle mae gan unigolion y pŵer i ffynnu a nid dim ond goroesi.

I wneud hyn rydym yn mynd i'r afael ag achosion a symptomau tlodi ac anghydraddoldeb drwy ddylunio ein gwasanaethau gyda ac nid ar gyfer, unigolion a chymunedau yr effeithir arnynt fwyaf gan y materion hyn, felly bod ganddynt y sgiliau i oresgyn heriau a datblygu cadernid.
