    Nurse Assessor

    • Undertake clinical assessments for claimants who are making a claim for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
    • Observing and reporting on an individual's ability to carry out activities
    • Analysing and interpreting clinical information and supporting evidence
    • Creating three comprehensive reports on the evidence gathered each day
    • Ensuring enough detail, evidence and justification are given to support the DfC in making decisions
    • Developing your clinical knowledge
    • Take ownership of any feedback to aid own personal and professional development

    Benefits:
    • A competitive basic salary of £35,000, rising to £36,000 (Pro rata) with 10% bonus

    Requirements:
    • One full year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic
    • Fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC or other), without restriction or conditions and with a valid PIN
    • Excellent observational and communication skills, giving you the ability to listen, empathise and dig deeper
