Human Resources Administrator - Bristol, United Kingdom - TGS UK Ltd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in HRIS
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Prepare HRrelated documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters
- Conduct data entry and maintain HR databases
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Provide support in employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
Requirements:
- Studying towards CIPD Level 3 or 5 preferred
- Previous experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, Workday) and applicant tracking systems (Salesforce, Taleo)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Job Type:
Part-time
Salary:
£12.00-£12.98 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
