Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in HRIS
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Prepare HRrelated documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters
  • Conduct data entry and maintain HR databases
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
  • Provide support in employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution

Requirements:


  • Studying towards CIPD Level 3 or 5 preferred
  • Previous experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, Workday) and applicant tracking systems (Salesforce, Taleo)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£12.00-£12.98 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
