The HR Generalist
will:
- Provide support to ensure delivery is in line with the overall strategy and objectives
- Provide line management and employees with guidance and advice on employment matters, policies and procedures and terms and conditions
- Maintain HR Systems including Employee Database, Recruitment platforms, Job boards, Leavers platform and Onboarding System.
- Manage the absence management process including ; long term sick and absence triggers
- To advise, guide and support managers relating to employee relations i.e.
- Conflict and grievance resolution
- Disciplinary, performance and welfare issues
- Lead all elements in the recruitment process including ; advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and liaising with agencies.
- Lead the Onboarding process of new employees
- Assist with Administration of employee lifecycle
- Assist in HR related adhoc projects
- Undertake any other activities as required by the post
About You:
Essential
- A proven track record of handling ER issues in a fast paced work environment
- High attention to detail
- Excellent Time management and planning skills to deliver against agreed targets and objectives
- Self motivated with the drive and determination to build a long term career
- Take responsibility and be able to respond to issues raised
- Ability to work under pressure
- A current driving licence and able to travel across UK and Ireland
- Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and HR Systems
Desirable
- CIPD Qualified
