    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Developing a detailed transition plan for all transactions to ensure smooth handling of the scheme.
    • Analysing scheme benefits and data to create legal agreements for proper administration.
    • Ensuring accurate benefit specification and data to guarantee customer entitlements and funding.
    • Owning the progress of allocated schemes, responding promptly to customer communications.
    • Supporting key stakeholders and participating in relationship management activities.
    • Following processes to ensure timely communication and continuous improvement.
    • Updating internal customers and third parties on key information affecting processing.
    • Providing support and training to less experienced team members for development.
    • Ensuring customers receive tailored information for better understanding.

    Requirements

    • Pension Qualification (CII or PMI) or equivalent experience.
    • Knowledge of DB pension regulations and benefits structures.
    • Understanding of key legislations such as GDPR, Money Laundering, Complaints, and more.
    • Awareness of risks and ability to mitigate them effectively.
    • Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
    • Ability to deliver accurate and cost-effective services.
    • Experience in project management and organization.
    • Capability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
