Description

MAC International is the UK's largest ISO certified independent manufacturer of bespoke static pressure washers which are produced at our Northeast headquarters in Darlington, Co Durham.

We sell our Industrial cleaning equipment including our market leading Zero emissions machines Nationwide via an extensive network of established dealers.


Purpose of Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced warehouse person to work with our established team. This role is critical in helping us develop further controls, accuracy & efficiencies within the business group

You will report to the Warehouse manager.


Summary of Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts/kits for production builds
  • Dealing with enquiries at warehouse counter
  • Unload and receive deliveries into the warehouse
  • Accurately check against delivery paperwork all goods received
  • Break down deliveries into warehouse/stores
  • Palletise finished goods ready for shipping
  • Load finished goods on to transport/van
  • Monitor and log stock movements/requests
  • Accurately pick/process and despatch parts orders
  • Process any returned/damaged items
  • Organise parts stock and reorganise where necessary
  • Regularly stocktake machines/parts/build stock
  • Process and dispose of waste materials from deliveries and rubbish bins
  • General cleaning of warehouse/stores areas
  • Keep warehouse/stores areas tidy
  • Keep outside areas tidy

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Ambitious and hardworking
  • Good attention to detail
  • Can work well within small team
  • Can communicate effectively
  • Must have a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Counterbalance Forklift truck (preferable)
  • Ability to work in physical environment
  • Full Driving license
  • Good IT skills
  • Knowledge of ERP stock control systems

Salary:
From £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
