As Host/Hostess, you will be working within the Food & Beverage Department and report directly to the Breakfast Supervisor and Outlet Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

To ensure the uniforms provided are kept clean, in good condition and that it is presentable, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are met and demonstrate a professional image for guests.
Escorts guests to the table, presents menu, specials, and beverage list, and uses available knowledge to meet their requirements.
If the restaurant is fully booked, convey the estimated waiting times to guests, offer drinks, and monitor the guest waiting list.
Coordinates with Supervisor, Manager, and front line staff movement of all guests in the restaurant to maximize the number of guests that are being served.
Assists in setting up the restaurant before opening.
Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
Assists in opening and closing procedures in the outlets.
Assists with clearing, resetting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing equipment and maintaining the buffet, following departmental standards.
