About the role, what will I be doing?_**- We are looking for a hands-on, passionate, and forward-thinking individual to implement and drive aspects of the Bar service, working closely with Management of the Bar and F&B.

Work closely with Managers to ensure our people are trained in delivering in a customer centric environment and that the Managers are regularly reviewing the staff performance to ensure delivery of all policies and procedures.
Continue to drive a culture of highlevel performance that is established and embedded throughout the business. o Detailed knowledge on H&S o Complying with all Training requirements
To consistently deliver all the Standards in accordance of Standards o To consistently adhere to standard sequence of service
Be determined, strive to do better and work as a team to produce great results of Creating an environment where "everyone sells"

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION_**- Comfortable coaching 1-1, facilitating small and large groups of delegates and not fearful of giving constructive feedback

An energetic, interactive and confident Mixologist
Excellent facilitation skills, creative, innovative, inspirational and a strong influencer o Thrives off assisting others in their development
Has previous experience in High Energy Venues either in a Hotel or as a standalone business.
