The Role
I have an exciting opportunity for an
experienced Occupational Health Technician / Physiologist to join an Occupational Health Team. This is a
Part time position, working three days a week at sites in Gloucester and Cheltenham.

You will be fully supported every step of the way as your personal growth and development is important and you will be encouraged to always be your best with the supportof the clinical trainers as well as your line manager.


Duties:


  • You'll be supporting the onsite health and wellbeing service including Wellbeing Assessments and Health Promotional activities.
  • You will work closely with the client ensuring business objectives and needs are met whilst maintaining Health Partners' goals and values.
  • Setting and drive positive and realistic goals for others, coaching them to realise their potential
  • Acting as a health and wellbeing role model, ambassador and team player; Producing new, innovative and fresh ideas to help develop the approach to health and wellbeing
  • Developing and promote a culture of health and wellbeing first
  • Using specialised equipment to perform clinical physiological tests
  • Reporting physiological data to help develop ongoing Health and Wellbeing activities; and Measuring the functions of a patient's body, such as digestion or breathing.

Skills & Experience:


  • Ideally you will be qualified to degree level or equivalent in Sports Science/Health Science/Exercise Physiology
  • You will be keeping knowledge up to date through continued research and commitment to learning
  • Empowering others to be accountable for their own health and wellbeing.
  • Be passionate about improving individuals health and wellbeing
