Due to continued expansion we are hiring a
Civils Site Agent** to join our team on a new project in the Southeast region.


Key Responsibilities:


Delivery:


  • Responsible for Coordination & Delivery of onsite setting out and Engineering activities to meet agreed shortterm project targets.
  • Deliver in the field, project objectives around H&S, Quality, Commercial and Programme.

Team:


  • Work closely with the wider project team to achieve the project objectives.
  • Develop, maintain and foster collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders, working closely with supply chain and subcontractors on the ground to maintain a positive project dynamic on the ground.
  • Manage Junior Engineers

Thinking:


  • In conjunction with the Project Team implement ongoing short to medium term effective planning to mitigate project risks and to deliver on key project milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement & best practice across the project.

Specific Requirements

  • Relevant Third level Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years' relevant experience
  • Previous experience in supervising, coordinating and managing engineering activities
  • Previous Main Contractor Civils experience ideally largescale civil infrastructure projects
  • Excellent IT skills knowledge of Microsoft software
  • Ability to work well within a team and to collaborate with others
