Job description:


  • Work within a team of diverse Teaching Assistants under the guidance of an experienced teacher inside the classroom and provide support 1:1 outside the classroom.
  • Inspiring the minds of young people motivating and encroaching them to achieve educational and personal goals.
  • Communicating professionally with other staff members in order to facilitate the safeguarding, wellbeing and progress of the pupils.


  • Working across KS

  • KS4
- £75- £90 per day.

  • Located in the Bury St Edmunds area
  • School hours are 8:30 15:00 Monday to Friday

Person specification:


  • An energetic, enthusiastic and professional individual eager to work alongside like minded people with pupils at the priority of what they do.
  • Supportive and able to be a fantastic team player.
  • Able to develop a relationship with pupils whilst understanding the importance of maintaining professional boundaries.
  • An individual with an interest in a career within education, care, psychology or coaching is desirable but not necessary.
  • Experience in dealing with challenging behaviour is beneficial but experienced staff will support you.
  • Understand the individuality of every pupil and cater to their needs.
  • The school is an environment which focuses on the needs of each pupil and how they work best. Looking to improve their lives on a daily basis whilst ensuring educational targets are met._

£78.00-£90.00 per day
