A charity who supports hundreds of thousands of children and families around the world are looking for a Travel & Events Coordinator.
This is a part time (21 hours), fixed term maternity cover for 9 months. The role is homebased offering 100% remote working. The salary is £16,200 - £18,000 for 21 hours (Based on £27,000 - £30,000 FTE)
As the Travel & Events Coordinator you will be a central resource for the Secretariat, supporting.
colleagues, board trustees and members, with all travel related administration for events and
meetings:
ensuring travel security measures are adhered to.
Supporting colleagues with all aspects of arranging events and meetings including researching venues for the Event Manager, catering, AV equipment and all other event logistics associated with events.
- Direct experience of arranging travel schedules and booking trips for multiple travellers and individuals
- Direct experience of remotely making arrangements for a variety of events
- Strong administration experience including supporting invoice/expense processing
- Experience of working within a varied administrative role, prioritising workload to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to tolerate delays and solve problems
