    • Role: Responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in the design, implementation, and management of Wintel infrastructure, overall IT infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions.
    Wintel Infrastructure Management and Implementation.

    • IT Infrastructure Optimisation and Implementation.
    • M365 Implementation and Enhancement.
    • Experienced in designing, implementing, and managing Wintel infrastructure, overall IT infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows Server platforms - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
    • In depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services - Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, as well as Windows Server platforms, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
    • Proven experience with software vendors including Veeam and Zerto, and hardware vendors including Dell, HPE, WatchGuard, Fortinet, and Cisco.
