- Develop and implement strategies to improve pupil attendance and engagement.
- Monitor and analyse attendance data, identifying patterns and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and students to address attendance issues.
- Coordinate class movements and routines, ensuring minimal disruption to the learning process.
- Conduct home visits and meetings with parents/carers to discuss attendance concerns and develop action plans.
- Provide support and guidance to students, helping them overcome barriers to attendance.
- Liaise with external agencies and services to support pupil engagement and attendance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on attendance and engagement initiatives.
- Proven experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
