Here at Willing Care, we are seeking an Administrator for one of our very established clients._


About our client:

This residential care home offers personal care and specialist dementia services to a small number of older adults. The service has beautiful, landscaped gardens and a greenhouse where residents can enjoy gardening

The Home has excellent motorway and rail travel links, as well as an onsite carpark


The role of an Administrator within the service involves:

  • Processing invoices and payroll, ensuring payments are made in a timely manner
  • Being responsible for petty cash and at time dealing with client monies
  • Handling internal and external enquiries
  • Ensuring that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with internal and external policies
  • Undertaking diary management
  • Participating and preparing meetings as requested

Requirements for the Administrator role:


  • 2 years' experience within an administration or care leadership role
  • Experience with invoicing and money management
