A current Registered Manager aspiring to achieve an Outstanding Ofsted rating, finding it challenging with their current provider
A Registered Manager with a proven track record of success with Ofsted
Manage the residential home efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, procedures, policies, and the Statement of Purpose
Support the team to achieve the highest standards of care for young people
Contribute to a comprehensive team training and development programme
Liaise with internal and external multi-disciplinary teams to meet the needs of young people
Be accountable for regulatory compliance, including liaison with regulatory organisations
A Level 5 diploma in leadership for health and social care and children and young people's services; 3 years of direct experience within a UK Residential Children's Home
~ Full manual driving licence
~ Commitment to continuous professional development
