Internal Sales Representative or
Trade Counter Assistant, this is what your day-to-day will look like and how your contribution will add value to our business, in addition to some extra relevant tasks as required:


  • Engage with key stakeholders and customers face to face and via the phone and respond to queries, providing price quotes and processing orders
  • Develop and follow up profitable sales by proactively targeting new customers
  • Submit orders into the system and maintain sales records
  • Ensure accuracy of data in orders and invoices, sales and customer records
  • Internal communication of customer feedback
  • Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded, and report any shortfalls/anomalies
  • Keep abreast with new industry products and services (including competitors)
  • Provide excellent customer service to a wide variety customers and tradespeople
  • Receive deliveries from suppliers, ensure quantities are correct and undamaged, and resolve any deviations
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the right products are delivered at the right time
