What the day will look likeAs a Telesales Advisor you will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and arrange appointments for representatives.
Working within an FCA regulated environment you will be targeted to achieve individual, team and department objectives. How this opportunity is differentThe Telesales Advisor role will deliver first class customer service, maintain and develop relationships with potential customers.
This role will maintain product and process knowledge to ensure full compliance to advertise our products within the FCA regulations.
This colleague will strive to achieve personal monthly appointment targets and attain personal monthly conversion targets. Skills and experience that will lead to successExperience of working in an outbound telesales role within the medical insurance industry
Proven telesales experience preferably in a target driven sales and FSA regulated environment
Excellent communication and listening skills and being able to demonstrate empathy towards customers
Ability to build and develop positive relationships
Experience of working with Database and CRM software
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
