    Employee Benefits Consultant

    Do you want to join a well-established Health & Risk Consulting team that collaborates flexibly?

    Would you like to have a real impact on clients' employee health & wellbeing strategy and overall employee value proposition?

    We are growing and are seeking a new Large Corporate Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team.

    This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both remotely and from one of our offices in Leeds, Manchester, or Edinburgh.

    What a day in the life looks like:

    • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, offering expert advice on their Group Risk and benefits.
    • Foster long-term client relationships to improve service delivery, ensure account renewals, and identify new business opportunities.
    • Conduct reviews of clients' employee benefits needs, analyze results, and make recommendations for service enhancements by Aon.
    • Spot revenue-generating opportunities for existing clients and collaborate with Aon teams to expand services.
    • Ensure client profitability by delivering expected work within current revenue.
    • Increase revenue in line with business goals.
    • Maintain technical knowledge and compliance with Aon UK Limited policies.

    How this role stands out:

    In this position, you will manage an existing client portfolio and support the Sales Team with new opportunities. You will collaborate with our internal network of leaders, brokers, and client service teams. Join a supportive team of consultants, contribute to intercompany projects, and expand your network.

    Skills and experience for success:

    • Essential experience in the Large Corporate Group Risk Market.
    • Proven track record of effective client interactions.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
    • Commercial awareness and effective pipeline planning.
    • Self-motivation to enhance Aon IQ and drive opportunities.
