We are seeking a proactive Transport Admin Assistant with a minimum of 2 years experience in the transport industry to join our clients team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to drivers at the dispatch office.

Key Responsibilities

Assist drivers with paperwork and documentation.

Communicate estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) effectively.

Monitor and respond to emails promptly.

Upload relevant information onto the database accurately

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in the transport industry.

Familiarity with ETAs and transport operations.

Strong administrative and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently within a dynamic team environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork handling.
