We are looking to appoint Phase Leader (for KS1) to provide high-quality, supportive, engaging, teaching for the pupils in our school.

Cotgrave Candleby Lane School is part of The Flying High Partnership which consists of two distinct parts: Flying High Trust and Flying High Futures.

Flying High Trust is a Multi Academy Trust of 31 primary schools across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Nottingham City. Our Flying High family work hard to deliver the best possible opportunities to our children.

Your core duties will be:


  • Leading a team of 5 class teachers in Key Stage One
  • Being a member of the Leadership team who together strategically drive the school forward
  • Undertaking a range of monitoring activities to ensure that provision is of a high quality
  • Ensuring your class teaching, environment and provision is an excellent standard
