We are looking to appoint Phase Leader (for KS1) to provide high-quality, supportive, engaging, teaching for the pupils in our school.

Your core duties will be:

Leading a team of 5 class teachers in Key Stage One
Being a member of the Leadership team who together strategically drive the school forward
Undertaking a range of monitoring activities to ensure that provision is of a high quality
Ensuring your class teaching, environment and provision is an excellent standard
