Job Summary
The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients. They will interact with customers, vendors, and other SimpliSafe Ltd employees to provide support and resolution to customer issues.

The Customer Support Representative is also expected to provide support to SimpliSafe Ltd's clients and their families by assisting in resolving customer issues.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous communication with all customers, vendors, and internal employees.
  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers, vendors, and the general public.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly office environment.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, guidelines, and procedures for handling customer complaints as they arise.
  • Follow all company procedures for documenting customer interactions; writing up correspondence; sending out reports; filing documents; etc., as well as maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma GED required (College degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service position preferred (Customer Service Representative preferred)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment while meeting deadlines; multitasking effectively is a must.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Pay:
From £22,300.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
