We are looking for a motivated and experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our Headquarter based team in Andover.

The role

  • Your primary responsibility will be to produce accurate vehicle repair estimates for all makes and models of vehicle both privately owned and commercial.
  • This is a customerfacing position therefore keen Customer Service skills are a must to ensure a smooth line of communication and service delivery to our customers and Clients alike.
  • You will be the main point of contact for both the customer and the work providers and will be expected to maintain clear lines of communication with both, throughout the cycle of a repair.
  • Skilled assessments of vehicle damage with excellence and efficiency in mind at all times.

Experience Required

  • ATA qualifications supported by previous employment experience in such a role will be essential.
  • Proactive problem solver & clear thinker
  • You will need to be well organized with the ability to prioritize and deliver a varied workload within agreed timescales.
  • Strong customer ethic
  • Positive team player focussed on delivering Company and team objectives to an excellent outcome

Experience:


  • Estimating : 3 years (preferred)


  • ATA qualification level

  • Proven track record in a VDA role.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Vehicle assessment: 3 years (required)
  • Automotive repair: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (required)
