    Client Services role supporting coordinating jobs for Retrofit Assessments and marketing visits across the UK.
    Deliver high quality customer service.
    Guiding clients through our online bookings system.
    Providing on-going support for clients throughout their experience with ehouse.

    With many clients and a variety of services, the role requires great time management skills and the ability to multi-task.

    The bookings team have excellent verbal communication, a proficiency in MS Office and fully trained in the inhouse database.

    The role is predominantly liaising with clients via phone calls and email then handling orders that need to be booked in for a visit with a contractor.
