Education Programme Support Officer - Multiple Roles**
Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 per annum

Permanent, Full Time Contract

Education Delivery team - multiple positions are available**:


About You:


  • Minimum of Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification and/or compensatory work experience.
  • Experience of working within a busy, diverse, deadline driven working environment.
  • Evidence of achievement within an internal service / support environment.
  • IT Literate
- with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Superb communication skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

What Will You be doing?

  • Contributing to the efficient delivery of the education programme through offering support to the learner and tutor journey.
  • Providing excellent customer service within the department, through completion of a range of administration & projectbased tasks in a timely manner and to a high standard exceed customer expectations.
  • Supporting and managing key relationships with venues, tutors and other stakeholders to uphold the highest standard of delivery of British Cycling education products and services.
  • Supporting and optimising the course planning process based upon regional delivery plans and departmental targets.
  • Contributing to the wider departmental and directorate priorities, strategy and culture as a positive, hardworking member of the team
  • Working across departments to continue to develop the British Cycling database as part of the learner management system.
  • Assisting with the administration of marketing initiatives including updating and maintaining the course programme on the website and integrating the digital offer.
