You may well be currently working in an in-house recruitment role or have previous experience working in a recruitment agency, wanting more scope to build proper relationships and work closely with hiring managers to source people for their needs using multi-mediachannels and direct sourcing methodology.

This is a 12 month fixed term role to cover maternity leave.
