We currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Regional Complex Care Branch Manager to join our client's busy and friendly Complex Care team based in our Chester office.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced individual witha proven track record of working in Complex Care within a commercial environment.


A core focus of the role will be training and developing colleagues in the complex care teams across the organisation ensuring that sales and financial targets are met within the current risk and regulatory framework whilst ensuring the highest standardsof care are maintained.


You will need to establish and maintain good liaison links with other agencies (case-managers, solicitors and other professionals) as appropriate and work in partnership with other sectors.

You will be required to participate in care discussions/MDT meetingsregarding specific clients where appropriate.

We are looking for someone with the ability to multi-task and continually review their priorities, the ability to be innovative, tenacious and resilient in your approach to business development is essential.

  • Experience of working within a complex care environment is essential
  • Ability to generate and build strong relationships
  • Relentlessly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Experience of leading a multisite Complex Care service focused business
  • Ability to demonstrate business growth strategies
  • Excellent business development experience
  • Commercial acumen
  • Proven strong leadership and management qualities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills
  • Driver with own vehicle essential
  • Excellent IT skills
  • NVQ Level 5/Registered Manager (or working towards) essential
