Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Gosforth
£30, ,000 basic salary plus car allowance and commission up to 20%, 1 day per week working from home, free parking, regular salary reviews, and development.


Our client is a national agency with a boutique feel, non-corporate with great office culture, regular internal promotions, and over 20 years of supplying to the construction industry.

They offer monthly paid commission up to 20% as well as annual foreign holiday incentives (Caribbean this year) and quarterly more regional incentives.


This role is based in Gosforth and allows 1 day per week working from home, parking onsite, and a career path to Managing Consultant within months.


Suitable for permanent recruiters with a minimum of 2 years of agency experience, ideally from a built environment or construction recruitment background, although we will consider strong sector movers.

Pay:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
