Recruitment Consultant

  • Guiseley
£25, ,000 basic salary, commission up to 20% of all billings. Hybrid working, 2 days per week working from home, 3 days in the office.

8am - 5pm working hours.

Our client are a small team, with a proven history of sucessful placement and an established client base.

Looking to expand their team, the Recruitment Consultant will have the opportunity to place within existing clients but will also be expected to generatenew business.


This position will suit someone with at least 1 year's experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant in a permanent vertical and the ability to demonstrate sucessful billing history.


The positon is based in Guiseley with free local parking avalible and the ability to hybrid work/ work from home 1-2 days per week.

Working hours are 8am - 5pm but this can be adjusted around school drop off/ pick up if needed.


As well as a basic salary of £25, ,000 DOE this role offers up to 20% commission on all billing, paid monthly.
