About the role:

We are looking for a Property Surveyor to join us and deliver high quality surveying to our customer homes and communal spaces.

You will own the day-to-day scoping of works and technical support, ensuring repairs are managed from start to finish and resolving issues that may arise during or after the works.

Our Property Surveyor also manages the quality of repairs undertaken across the region, carrying out to ensure performance is managed in accordance with our property services targets.

This is a varied and fast-paced role which delivers both job and customer satisfaction.

About you:

You will have experience in delivering response repairs, preferably in Social Housing and a formal building qualification (HND/HNC or Trade NVQ).

You can carry out building diagnostics and have a working knowledge of the Schedule of rates.

You will have an understanding of root cause and solution for damp and mould and be able to identify Asbestos.

A great communicator, you will be confident in using Microsoft Office and producing clear reports on your findings. Our next Property Surveyor will have the ability to work to tight deadlines and within budget. Due to the nature of this role, a full driving licence is required.
