- Program, set up, and operate 5 Axis CNC milling machines, specifically Matsuura machinery.
- Interpret engineering drawings and 3D models to produce high-precision components.
- Optimise machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce production times.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure machinery is in excellent working condition.
- Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure components meet exact specifications.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control, ensuring all components meet rigorous industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the machining process.
- Proven experience as a 5 Axis CNC Miller Programmer, preferably with Matsuura machinery.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming languages, including G-code.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
