Salary:
£60,000 - £65,000 + car allowance
Hybrid working

Financial Services Firm are looking for a Compliance Manager on a 12 month FTC. As Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the scoping and delivery of the Consumer Duty Plan.


Responsibilites:

  • Support the strategy for Consumer Duty implementation including methodology and approach
  • Contribute to the creation of the Consumer Duty Plan based on business needs, internal and external high risk areas
  • Attend meetings with external regulators to provide updates on CDP and other relevant activity
  • Working with the Head of Compliance to identify regulatory changes which would impact the business
  • Oversight of workflows and output from team members

Skills and Experiance:

  • Knowledge of Compliance Monitoring activity and development of plan
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and rule books
  • Understanding of Motor Finance
  • Strong analytical skills
