    The RoleAs a Product Manager within our Highways solution unit, you will be thebridge between business, technology and design teams, responsible fordefining and delivering successful products that meet our customer needsand drive business growth.

    You will collaborate closely withcross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, fromideation to launch and beyond, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

    You'll be working on enhancing communication channels between roadagencies and users, from routine road closures to high-profile sportingevents.

    We work with major mapping platforms, including Google, Apple Maps,and Waze with a primary focus on the UK and US markets.

    You'll be drivingimpactful solutions, influencing how road agencies interact with the publicand handle diverse network challenges effectively.
    ResponsibilitiesConduct market research, customer interviews and data analysis toidentify market opportunities and user needsDevelop a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with thecompany's overall vision and objectivesSocialise and align Product plans across the organisationCreate and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritising featuresand enhancements based on business value and customer impactWrite clear and concise product requirements and user stories thatguide the development processCollaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-qualityproducts on time and within budgetConduct regular product reviews, gather feedback and iterate on productfeatures to improve performance and user experienceWork closely with the product marketing team on go-to-marketstrategies, product positioning, launches and promotional activitiesCommunicate key ongoing features and developments in the product bothinternally and externallyMonitor key product metrics and use data to make informed decisions andimprovementsThe essentials we need from you:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, ora related fieldProven experience in product management, preferably in atechnology-driven environmentDemonstrated experience in leading or being actively involved inGo-To-Market (GTM) strategiesMindset oriented towards achieving business goals with a reduced levelof riskStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data andcustomer feedbackExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectivelywith cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented and highly organised, capable of managing multipleprojects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesPassionate about technology and keeping up to date with markettrendsWhat you get from us:If you're looking to build an exceptional career with anaward-winning company you've come to the right place.
