This HR Generalist role will be a first point of contact for all HR queries at the site and will report directly into the HR Manager.


The role will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment, Selection and Assessment
  • Employee relations and communications
  • Disciplinary and Grievance (up to and including dismissal stage)
  • Attendance and Absence Management
  • Performance Management and Development
  • Human Capital Planning
  • Employee Engagement & DEIB Initiatives
  • GDPR and Compliance
  • Learning & Development/Training
  • Workday administration

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A CIPD qualification is essential for this role.
  • Demonstrable experience in a HR role, ideally within a fast paced manufacturing environment.

From £33,000.00 per year
