We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and competent Governance Professional


You will provide a comprehensive clerking service to the Board of Trustees at King Edward VI Grammar School in Louth.


_The role involves:
_

- the preparation and distribution of agendas, papers, and minutes,
- attending, and accurately taking minutes of meetings, and
- providing advice and support to the Board of Trustees,
- ensuring governance compliance, and
- updating statutory documents.


King Edward's is a selective Grammar School which has an interesting history going back over four hundred and fifty years.

The School's more recent history has seen it move from being a 14-18 boarding and day school in the 1970s and 1980s to becoming a fully-fledged 11-18 day selective Grammar School in the 1990s
