INSURANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


A great opportunity has arisen to oversee and influence the future direction of the growth programme, to ensure the business has the right systems and processes in place to achieve our growth ambitions.

We are replacing legacy systems, optimising our processes and improving the experience for clients and colleagues

The Functional Lead will have ownership of the end-to-end vision for Underwriting, Finance, Claims and Operations across all business teams and will:

  • Drive the definition and capture of end to end functional, requirements and business solutions
  • Refine and prioritise requirements across all business operations to meet near term and strategic needs
  • Ensure High Level Solutions meet business needs and Group objectives in the early definition through to final elaboration, in conjunction with development teams
  • Operate the Business Design Authority, to review, prioritise and schedule functional requirements into work stream schedules and development Sprints
  • Oversee and direct the Business Analysis teams work schedules to meet the needs of work streams and development teams

Role:


  • Works closely with the C Suite to coordinate activities that result in programme wide view of business needs and work stream deliverables
  • Ensures alignment between business strategies and the IT roadmap and any changes required to the programme's target architecture
  • Applies consistent methods to the definition and agreement of business changes across all in scope business teams from requirements capture through to testing completion
  • Actively work with our System Owners and Product Owners to align business needs to systems capabilities and roadmaps
  • Salesforce experience needed
  • Underwriting platforms experience needed
