About Our Client:
A recruitment based firm looking to expand their HR team
- Onboarding new employees
- Chasing references for new employees
- Creating files on our shared drive for new employees
- Sending offer letters / exit letters
- Assisting new employees with completing week 1 checklists which include completing contracts, documentation etc
- Attending meetings with managers and employees that require HR intervention & note taking
- Sending employees updated policies etc
- Improving HR related processes within the business
- Managing the HR department alongside and reporting to the Operations manager
The Successful Applicant:
- CIPD Level 3 qualified
- Understand the full employee life cycle
- Able to assist with ER related meetings and note taking
- Able to get stuck in and be a fast thinker
