Description
We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with our valued customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Up sell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery

Salary:
From £25,745.00 per week
