Description
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team.

As a Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or concerns.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
  • Up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Enter customer information into the database accurately
  • Follow call scripts and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
From £24,844.70 per year
