Description
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team.As a Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Enter customer information into the database accurately
- Follow call scripts and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
From £24,844.70 per year
