Colmore Education are currently looking for a 1:1 behaviour mentor to work long-term with a pupil in a PRU school.

You will be

Working onetoone with a KS3 with behavioural challenges and attachment issues.
Working collaboratively with other members of staff as part of a team.
Adapting to the needs of the child and providing the best support and guidance possible.
Handling problems posed by the student's behavioural challenges.
Building rapport and relationships with students to create encouraging and proactive classroom environments.

You must

Be patient and compassionate.
Be tolerant and understanding.
Be able to maintain a strong yet compassionate approach to discipline.
Have previous experience working with children with SEMH and ideally attachment issues.
Have experience working with children KS3, and ideally attachment issues.
