About you:
- Experience of working with vulnerable people; motivating and empowering complex and diverse client groups to sustain housing, health and/or work outcomes.
- Great communication, influencing and reasoning skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and to be comfortable as a lone worker when required.
- The ability to manage your own caseload with an assertive, flexible and innovative approach to providing tailored and bespoke support.
