The Long Term Conditions Team are looking to recruit a community administrator to support our clinical teams who is proficient in a range of software programmers, such as Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word.

Applicants need to be motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. Applicants need to show adaptability and flexibility whilst being team focused. You will be responsible for providing admin support to our clinical teams (Heart Failure, Respiratory and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services).
