TBCo is a purpose-driven company focused on designing a better tomorrow with warmer people and a cooler planet.

We create design-leading sustainable blankets, scarves and other products that bring warmth whilst having a positive impact and are soon to be B-Corp certified.

We are looking for a passionate Customer Experience Team Leader to lead the team and offer an amazing customer experience both instore and on-line.

You will be running our flagship store in Leith Edinburgh, whilst also co-ordinating the customer experience support team online, to offer support to all sales teams and customers online.

As a Customisation Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing day to day operation of the department to ensure that it operates efficiently and effectively.
Taking care of gift card orders in a timely manner avoiding any delays
Monitor and managing supplies of materials and review sources
Developing new procedures and optimising current ones to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the customisation department
Helping the department push its growing journey forward
Invest on in house logo conversions, review supplies, procedures, research better and more sustainable practices
Ensuring any quality control issues are picked up and dealt with efficiently
Giving regular communication and feedback to your team on departmental priorities
Ensuring team members' skills are utilised to the best of their ability
Optimising training procedures and making sure team members are up to date with training manual
Promoting healthy communication, trust and support within the department and with rest of company
Enthusiasm and self drive

Location:
Newbridge, Edinburgh

Hours: 37.5hrs per week, 8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (some weekends may be required)

Salary:
£24-£28k pa, dependent on experience
