Description

To be an integral part of the Directorate's Leadership Team (DLT) working alongside Service Directors and with the DCS to establish and maintain the apparatus of continuous improvement in Plymouth.


Reporting to the Director of Children's Services, this role will lead on the creation and ongoing development of Plymouth's Improvement Board and associated Improvement Plan for children, young people and their families in Plymouth.


The role cuts across services in Social Care and Education and into the wider partnership environment, encompassing the entire needs of a child.

This will be a hybrid model role for at least 9 months.
