Job summary:


University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is an incredibly rewarding place to work and within the Elective Waiting List Admissions Department you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to patients, their families and the wider community.


An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in our fast paced and busy Waiting List Booking Team based at Solihull Hospital.

The posts are permanent and Full time Monday - Friday 37.5 hours.

Qualifications:


Essential:


  • Good General Education (eg. GCSE English and Maths A-C) GCSE Level 9
  • Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in an administrative environ

Experience:

  • Experience of dealing with the Public/Customer service experience
  • Experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (eg. Word,Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience of using IT systems
