HR Administrator - 3-6 month contracts
Derby

37.5hrs, Monday to Friday
Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a large healthcare organisation based at their head office at Pride Park.
What does the role involve:
- High quantity of data entry and validation into the HR system
- Proactively checking for inconsistencies and gaps in the data
- To support employees and management with selfservice changes on the systems
- Support with routine system administration tasks and user acceptance testing.
- Helping to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) that are accurate and easy to follow
- To produce access cards and ID badges for employees
- Using spreadsheets to monitor progress of tasks
- Assisting recruitment and HR team with various duties including interviewing and preemployment checks,
- Answering phone calls and monitoring the HR mail inbox
Who are we looking for?:
- Experience in Data entry, projects, administration, HR or similar
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Not afraid to ask for help and escalate any concerns
