Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller role to work with our amazing client who are based in Leeds.

They are looking for someone who is immediately available or is on short notice. The role will initially be on a temporary basis with a view to go permanent.

To be considered you are required to have good knowledge of credit risk assessment and legal debt recovery procedures.

The main duties that will consist of the role are:

Managing a portfolio of project customers to ensure cash collection whilst also providing customer service to an excellent standard
Making sure customer payment is allocated timely and accurately
Frequently communicating with the cashier's team to make sure payments are up to date from the bank statements
Identifying and flagging disputed invoices and debit notes
Timely & accurately issuing monthly supply & install invoices
Ensuring the agreed terms of trade are adhered too
Intercommunicating with the legal team in the event debt needs to be recovered internally
Adhoc duties as required by Credit Manager & Team Leader
