Administrators work closely with the Executive Assistant, alongside the Directors. You will be involved in a whole range of activities to support the growth and development of the company.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Supporting and working with our insurance companies and key stake holders for all insurance claims with the exception of vehicles, such as buildings, theft etc. Personal injury typically will be dealt with via the Health and Safety Team however on occasions you may be required to assist.
  • Ensure files, including legal, are created, maintained, in date and in one location. This includes as a minimum leases, purchase agreements, asbestos surveys, valuations and all legal and compliance documentations
  • Manage diaries, meetings/appointments/events/conferences including catering and venue booking
  • Arranging travel/transport and accommodation
  • Maintaining schedules and communicating reminders of important tasks and deadlines
  • Support Executive Assistant Compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and customers/clients
  • Completing reports to ensure the business is compliant with legislation and regulations within the remit of Directors
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling where appropriate

  • You maintain company and customer records ensuring complicity with Data Protection Act 201
  • You attend and participate in meetings and training sessions that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.
  • You may be required to undertake any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time including travel within the UK
