Building on our success, we are continuing to develop avenues for new business opportunities. Having recently opened our sixth depot in Nottingham, we have ambitious plans for further growth and business expansion.


Our rapid growth means that we currently operate from six locations - our main head office in Swadlincote in the East Midlands, Tipton in the West Midlands, Nottingham, Canvey Island, Bristol, and Glasgow.


Position:


Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will play a vital role in the growth and new challenges of the Depot.

You'll provide administrative support for all aspects within the Depot environment from sales, purchasing as well as delivery and communication, while keeping the customer at the forefront of all you do.


Requirements:


  • Carry out various administrative duties
  • Provide Customer Service
  • Processing Invoices
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Communication effectively with internal and external suppliers
  • Processing delivery notes
  • Track drivers location to keep customers informed of expected ETA
  • Using internal systems(SAP, Microsoft Office, Detrack)
  • Support all areas of the depot
  • Assist with quarterly stock takes

Hours: 42.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday with a flexible approach to working hours between 7:30am-8pm


Salary:
£11.00 per hour
